The Carlyle Residence

John and Susan Carlyle are currently living in their 1930s minimal traditional home located in Greensboro, North Carolina. They have currently lived in this same house for 12 years and did only minor changes to the home. John and Susan both work busy jobs, John travels a lot because he is a sales manager and Susan works at a local school as a school art instructor. They have two indoor fur babies, Ace and Apollo. They also have their first baby on the way that is due in the fall, so they are looking to change some things around and expand their home.

During this renovation they are going to be renovating their living/dining room, kitchen, and master bath. They are looking to expand in a few places in the house since their will be a baby in the house, they will need more room. The color palette of this project will be different shades of blues, lighter and darker shades to create variety throughout the rooms. The style of this design w

ill be scandinavian, this style will create a soft, cozy, yet beautiful design. I am so excited to be able to get to help this family out with there home, I can't wait to see the final result of this home.
