Final Spa Project

After working all semester on the spa project for the MS patients, it's FINALLY done. This project took many weeks to do because their was so much involved to creating it. You had to meet all code requirements and that caused a lot of struggles with the design part of the project. Not only was it just a spa but there was a living area too, where the owner of the spa lived. He had in his living space a living room, kitchen, dining room, half bath, master bedroom, and a guest bedroom. That as well had to meet all code requirements. This project taught me a lot I learned what was appropriate spacing for an open concept so people can get around but meanwhile still including all the things that the spa needed like a pool, waiting room, office, conference room, bathrooms and locker rooms, massage rooms, and a place to exercise.

This project was so much fun to do, I could still be creative but I had to meet the needs of the patient's. Also this spa is located on the bottom of a mountain in Montana so on top of a beautiful spa it has a beautiful view, with lots of big windows to be the view and to have plenty of natural light. Here are a few of the rooms that I worked on during this project.
